Everyone!!! Check your cards purchased from Gift Card Deal.

I ordered gift cards on April 12th and checked my $1000 worth of gift cards when I received them on June 1st. They came from Sam's Club and were both valid. I took other people's advise and did not enter them into my my Disney Gift Card account. After reading what others have said about problems on a different thread, I just checked them again. I got an "oops, something went wrong" message when I entered the numbers online. So, I called the Disney Gift Card Help Line number on the PDF (877-650-4327), pressed "1" for gift card balances and when I entered both numbers the system said "The gift card entered has not been activated". Huh? I called back and pressed "2" to get my card account history. BOTH cards were voided on 6/21/22.

Just as a heads up - when I went to chat with customer service inquiring about the gift card I had ordered on 6/30/22, they told me they had a bad batch of cards and would be refunding all orders but at some point they would have cards available to order again.

If you have the actual cash app debit Visa card, you can go into any store you want and buy a gift card (I usually buy a supermarket gift card to ShopRite since those never go on sale). If you only have the app but didn't opt to get an actual card, I think you will be limited to buying from online stores.

My personal experience from the last time they had this offer was that Quill would not sell you the Visa gift card unless you were using a business credit card and shipping to a business address and they would not let you have more than 1 account at the same business address (I work at a school, and they would not let me make an account at the school address since the school already had their own account.) They also started questioning me why a school would want to buy a visa gift card.

All in all, after 4 or 5 phone calls and over an hour on the phone wasted with them , I gave up.
