National Pretzel Day Tuesday, April 26, 2022: Free Pretzels​

• Auntie Anne’s: This popular pretzel chain is giving away one free original or cinnamon pretzel to its Pretzel Perks Members all day long on April 26. No purchase is necessary to get the pretzel, but dips cost extra.
• Ben’s Soft Pretzels has a free jumbo soft pretzel when you donate at least $1 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which honors first responders who lost their lives during 9/11. The chain announced the annual giveaway on social media.
• Philly Pretzel Factory: Philly Pretzel Factory announced via Facebook that it will give one free pretzel to each customer all day on April 26. No purchase is required, and the deal is available at its Walmart locations.
• Pretzelmaker: Is offering a free deal on April 26, according to their Facebook page. The page indicates "Every customer gets a FREE surprise in-store today only." The photo shows Pretzel Bites. They don't actually share what the offer is but once stores open we'll update the post with more information. According to the manager of the location at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh (the only location in the Triangle), they are participating.
• Snyder’s of Hanover: This snack food company is giving away a year’s supply of Pretzel Pieces to one lucky person. All you have to do is like the company’s Instagram page and tag a friend in the comments section.

A possible word of caution regarding Ibotta: they just cancelled cashback from a ShopDisney order (for DGC) I made back in March saying the transaction was ineligible. Interestingly, the amount had just paid out and I had already transferred it to my bank account. So I now have a -$25 Ibotta balance. Not sure if there's anyway they'll claw it back from my bank account now or if I just leave the negative balance and forget about Ibotta?

Has anyone else had this happen with Ibotta?

Just me, keep shopping to take care of that negative balance and if you still want to leave ibotta then do so on good terms. Ibotta is a great program and it's always taken care of you, right?

I had a VERY high negative balance when Swagbucks mistakenly awarded double points and I cashed out. Even though we're divorced, I can go back without any issue.
