Christmas and it doesn’t say and I’m looking to buy 3 $500 & 2 $100. So we’ll see when I go there November 16.
I've been doing this deal daily for the last couple of days. If you don't already have the Cash App and debit card, it's definitely a little confusing. Cash App is a prepaid debit card. You sign up for an account and are assigned a debit card number that you can use for online transactions. You can also have a physical card sent to you. You load the card from your checking account or from another debit card. It's probably not a good idea to leave money in your Cash App account in case it gets hacked.
You can assign a "boost" to your debit card. These are special offers good for specific discounts at specific stores. You can only have one boost assigned to your card at a time, but you can change your boost in the app. The Walmart offer is one of the boosts currently available. They are offering 10% off up to $200 spend - I've been purchasing 2 $50 physical cards and 2 $50 digital cards per order to get around Sam's Club purchase limits. The 10% comes off instantly, plus the 4% Sam's discount.
I have been going through Rakuten for an extra 1%, which seems to be tracking. I tried funding the Cash App with the recent discounted virtual Visa from giftcard.com, but no luck.
You should be able to purchase Sam's Club gift cards with the Cash App debit card, but I have not tested to be sure. Unfortunately, PayPal Key cannot be used to fund Cash App.Would you be able to buy 2 $100 Sams Club gift cards to use at Walmart? And can you use Paypal Key to fund the Cash App?
FYI- I'm not sure if it varies by location, but in store, my local BJs limits to $800 per day.Spellcheck goofed me up
I checked and it doesn’t have a limit.
I’m going to try and see what happens.FYI- I'm not sure if it varies by location, but in store, my local BJs limits to $800 per day.
You should call today and roll them over. I’ve had that happen before. Frustrating.Kroger fuel points, I've never had this happen before so I'm unsure what to do about it. I got gas on Tuesday and knew I should have saved a dollar a gallon but it only gave me the option to save 90 cents. I didn't look at my receipt then or I'd have caught it.
Looked at my grocery receipt from this morning and all 500 of my Sept fuel points are still there and I have 141 for Oct, so it used all of my Oct points and none of my Sept. Do I need to call to have them roll the Sept points over and do I need to do that today or can I do it tomorrow?
It should have, and always has before, used the oldest and then added on from the new, I don't understand why this happened. If anything only let me save 50 cents a gallon and save the Oct points don't use all of my Oct points.

I’m not sure about that. I plan to be at the store at 8AMCan they not be purchased on line?
I just got an email saying I used a Chase deal and would receive a $5 credit on the $50 Shop Disney purchase. I also received the 5% for using PayPal. So it seems like you can use PayPal Key to get the 5% and you'll also get the statement credit from Chase.I don't believe so. I think you would get the paypal 5% only.
Happy to be corrected though!
Yeah! Too bad my good Chase deals never seem to go to my Flex card...I just got an email saying I used a Chase deal and would receive a $5 credit on the $50 Shop Disney purchase. The Ink Preferred card is the only card y’all have that will allow you to transfer to airline and hotel partners, including Marriott. That said, Marriott is a really bad use of your Ultimate Rewards points, because it takes SO many (50k) to get one free night at Swan or Dolphin. If you fly and fly Southwest, a much better use of those points would be to transfer to Southwest. Those same 50k points going to SW might get you 4 round trip tickets to Orlando, depending on how prices are. If you fly United, that’s another better transfer option than Marriott.Looking for some help if anyone is willing to help out. Not brand new to the board but began planning for a trip and then COVID hit and put all those plans on hold. Looking to go to WDW next summer. We have the following Chase business and personal cards between my spouse and I: Ink Business Unlimited (both), Ink Business Plus (both), Ink Business Preferred (both), Ink Business Cash (spouse), Freedom (both). By "both" I am meaning each with our own account and not as an authorized user. Between all the Chase cards we have almost 354,000 Ultimate Rewards points. I've read that you can transfer the Ultimate Rewards points to Marriot rewards and then redeem for stays at the Dolphin or Swan. Do we need an active Marriott rewards credit card to do this? We don't have any currently open but I have checked and have a Marriot rewards account with a working login and a handful of a few thousand points there. Just didn't know if you need an active Marriott card or a specific Chase card to do the transfer or even how you do the transfer...
The second question is more in regards what else should I be looking at as a targeted strategy to further reduce trip costs. I didn't know if I should be looking at the Citi Premier or Citi Prestige as an option for park tickets. We haven't had any new credit cards in at least a couple years; maybe longer (I'd have to try and check a free credit report to be certain). And there maybe better things I should be looking at or other cards. So, if any more experienced or expert users wanted to chime in, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm so sorry. I thought I did post in the credit card thread. I'll repost there. But, you are thinking like 300,00 or so points for 7 nights is a bad value? The Ink Preferred card is the only card y’all have that will allow you to transfer to airline and hotel partners, including Marriott. As far as a simple route to reduce ticket and other costs, I’d suggest using your Ink Cash card, which gets 5x points at Office supply stores like Office Max or Staples. Both sell Disney gift cards, so you can get 5x points on those, and then use the gift cards to pay for your park tickets. You can also keep an eye out for when Office Depot and/or Staples have sales on their Visa or MC GCs, where they waive the normal fee on those cards. So you could get 5x points on those Visa or MC GCs, and then use those to pay for Swan or Dolphin.
In short, other than transferring your Ultimate Rewards points to an airline and using them for flights, there’s not a great way to use them for a Disney vacation.
I’d HIGHLY suggest checking out the credit card thread here on Dis - those people are experts and super helpful.
Edited to add: if you do decide to transfer your points to Marriott, you don’t need a Marriott credit card - just a Marriott Bonvoy account, which it sounds like you’ve got. And you can transfer either or both of your points to it. Oh, and Marriott does offer a buy 4 nights, get 1 night free deal when booking with points, which makes it a little better use of those points.
