After I placed my order, the PayPal email you get saying you submitted a payment for xxx says 40 instead of 50.

Was able to get the offer. That being said Walmart just cancelled my order for an eGift card. Does Paypal re-add the offer back to your account?

When Target cancelled another player's PayPal order they were not able to use the offer again

I did eGiftcards for all of them. Target - got charged full price. Walmart got cancelled. So now I have two $500 gift cards I paid full price for (5% cash back from discover eventually I guess) and cancelled Walmart orders.

I went to try again, and now I just get "payment cannot be verified."

Afraid of trying over and over and just getting my accounts locked.

Don't do it a second time, it's looking like you get one shot and then the offer is gone from PayPal whether or not it worked.

My Target order got cancelled and I never got the offer back. I tried calling Paypal customer service and they're pretty clueless. Didn't even know about the deal so I gave up. Hoping my Walmart order sticks.
