if you have this Dvd ......did yours glitch at the end when the hyenas were in the cave and going to attack timon pumba mom and uncle max?? We just watched this with our second dvd and it is the same glitched area......any one else have a problem

Hmm, not that I have noticed and DD watched it this afternoon. However, I haven't watched it really closely, I usually let her watch while I am working around the house and she is resting (boy, do I miss naps! ;) ). If she asks for it again tomorrow, I will go right to that scene and check.

you figure two dvds and both had the same glitch......makes ya kinda mad

no glitch in mine. Try cleaning your dvd player. Try with another DVD and see if you have a glitch in that one too... then you'll know it's the player and not the DVD itself.

Ugly were okey.....so was spider man....so we figure it has to be this dvd
new machine too

no glitch here either...

OT -- mrsv98 -- we have 2 labs too, a black & a yellow! Yours are cute!

YESSSSSSSS we have at least 2 of these glitches on the DVD........I THINK there are 3 of them.

I hate that and we just figured if we returned the movie we'd find the same glitches on a new one.

It's a bummer to have these slight defects as they really distract my attention each time I watch the movie. Sorry you got one of the flawed movies too. :(

HMG- Mine is the same way, i thought I was crazy.

None of my other dvd's do this, I figured it was just something wrong with this one, no sense in taking it back i figure we will watch it so much that it will get more bad spots.

I was going to finally go out and get it this weekend. Guess I won't bother. Movies with glitches can be very distracting.

Hah! True...that's what we sort of figured too..we'll be wearing it out anyway. It truly is a wonderful movie (without the glitches that is. LOL).
:teeth:

makes you mad to spend this much money and have to help it along to get over this spot.......thanks again

Honestly... A lot of Disney DVDs have them. I don't know why, but Disney is the only company we have a problem with. We have a glitch on three out of four copies of Monster's Inc., two out of four copies of Lilo & Stitch and my copy of Beauty & The Beast SE has one. For MI, I checked online, and read that a lot of other people had glitches, too. :(

No problems with our LK 1 1/2 or any other Disney DVD.......P

Some DVD players have issues with multi layered discs. You can go to Disneyvideo.com. You can report your problem. They probably will switch out the disc for you...there are other occasions that they've done that.

I dunno, I've had problems with other discs in my two players...the first Harry Potter comes to mind. What I always think about is that anything that requires programming can have glitches due to the human factor.

We've seen this movie about 1,632 times already, and I expect we will see it about 691 more times, but so far, no glitches. :p

YES!!!!

We watched ours, and YES, pumba, HMG, and Chrissi Pooh, we have a definite glitch in just that spot, where Timon is finishing digging the tunnel and the hyenas are just about to get to his mom and Uncle Max. Suddenly, BOOM!!! We are back to almost the beginning, Timon first setting out in the pridelands.

We tried it a few more times, and always the same results. Finally, we just did super slow-mo, and finally got through it.

We buy/rent a LOT of DVD's without problems, so I KNOW it is not our machine.

Very frustrating. Disney should offer a refund, especially since it seems to be a widespread problem. Is there any place we can write in to them to complain??

on the disc itself......and tech support will wait for my husband to call them back when he gets home.......I am way to new on dvds.....they need to have the model and make of your dvd player too.....and the number of concern of the dvd.....which is on the shiney side of the disc.......our dvd is a sony home theater system .....so should not be a problem.......hope this helps you........I am glad that I asked on the cb.....thanks everyone

Thanks, pumba!!!

We'll go and look for that number on the DVD when we get home tonight.

By the way, I have not been impressed with the quality of Disney VCR/DVD's. We also have an Alice in Wonderland VCR tape that has NO SOUND after the first 15 minutes or so . . .

after returning first dvd for problems.....and finding out that the store had already received at least twenty for the glitch problem that day.....we got another dvd .....this one was played last night and was still messed up in the same area.....called the phone number that is on the disc and they (tech people) had me track the area where the glitch is.......they will play a new one on the same surround system home theater system that we have and then send me a new one and a return label for the messed up one........I thought they were being very fair ......
