A little more than a week ago I posted about my kind hearted son who didn't call the police on a parking lot accident. The father called here, thanked my DS 21 for "being such a gentleman" and then he proceeded to stiff me on repairing the truck, to the point where he would not provide his insurance information. I filed a very late police report after appealing to the officer's good side, I picked up the report today, listing our vehicle as "parked", her vehicle with her as the operator and their full insurance info. I called USAA, who called their company, and then I had to call their company and it looks like they will accept the claim!! Yippee!!! I am waiting for their adjuster to call me. So far, the "perps", (that's what I am calling this scammer) did not phone in the accident. I will keep you updated but I do think I am in for a run of good luck.

I feel that the truck issue will be resolved, I found a pair of shoes that I liked on sale for $10 (always a good omen) and somehow, and I don't know how, I managed to get the airport back to working on this Apple Power Book so that my printer in the other room works. It been a fabulous day so far!!
