So happy for you! I feel so relaxed now knowing the process is over and I got the reservation I needed. I'm sure you will too tomorrow. So it was Tammy vs Cammy over at member admin today. Lol
I vote skip Zumba, call MS get your reservation, then dance around the house like you are at zumba class that the process is over!

Congrats on the first reservation and Welcome Home!First I called & spoke w/ May in Member Services, who told me I needed my member ID, so she transferred me to Member Admin... while being transferred, I said a little prayer to get someone other than Tammy & was rewarded with Amber, who was very friendly & most helpful. She then transferred me back to MS, where I spoke w/ Christine. She was very friendly, very helpful & took VERY good care of me. When I got the online account situation settled, I then asked about getting the points loaded ASAP. She told me they were already there & that she could help me book!
I am so excited - dh & I are booked in a 1 br. villa at SS! Debating going to waitlist BLT, our home resort.

who said my contract wasn't transferred yet in her typical rude self, I was just about to call again this afternoon to take my chances, and I got a call from my broker, she was calling to let me know she called her contact at Disney to get the contract loaded ASAP because apparently the people I purchased the DVC from have a very sick person in their family, they needed the money ASAP to pay off medical bills, and TTM would not release the money until the contact actually transferred to my name so my I am in as of today. I feel so horrible about this person and wish them the best and to get healthy soon...
