Update on my Winnie

:wizard: :grouphug: :wizard: :grouphug: :wizard: :grouphug:

Come on, Winnie, get better! We were walking around in Kennebunkport this afternoon and I thought of you. My husband and I got food from the Clam Shack and sat outside on wooden crates. I saw an adorable Chocolate Lab puppy with his owners and I saw a very large poodle, and a couple of doggies that I couldn't quite identify.

Get better so you can get up here and meet some new friends. :)

Poor baby I hope she feels better soon. My Anni use to suffer from sinus problems. They weren't severe and we would give her liquid benadryl. I could always tell when they were bothering her. I would put my ear near her nose and tell her to breathe and I swear the dog held her breath.

Aww, poor pup. We can hear Winnie's sniffles from another room.

Hope Winnie is better soon!! If her nose is irritated and bleeding you might try a little vaseline to help soothe the drieness and the cracks that are bleeding.

Thank you all. The blood is from the internal part, not outside. She is playing with a new toy we got her...so relieved. But she still isn't her regular perky self.

DId she have a better night last night? :grouphug:

Well, when she fell asleep on the couch around 9 I just stayed there with her rather than wake her up to go to bed. She slept til about 1, then was up for a while not able to breathe through her nose and with a lot of gunk coming out. THen we slept til around 4, then up for maybe 30 minutes, then slept til 8 and took a nap this afternoon. It's like having a newborn: we sleep when SHE sleeps!
