Update on my plumbing problems at the Poly

For those of you who remember the week long problems we had with the plumbing. I just heard from WDW corporate offices. They checked all the work orders in connection with the visits worker's made to our room to fix the plumbing problems and they concur: this shouldn't have happened! They apologized profusely and are sending me a 25% refund for our total bill! I am very surprised and happy that they looked into the situation!

Good for you! I'm not surprised at all. Disney, as a general rule, really does try to make things right when you have a valid complaint. Yours certainly was and I'm so glad that they did what they should have done!

Happy to hear Disney made good on this. This should have been repaired the first time you reported it. I think it was the least they could. Sometimes we think Disney isn't listening to us, to be inconvenienced so much when you continually complained and the problem was never fixed. Kudo to you, for following through you deserve the refund.

Tuffcookie...glad to hear they came through for you. 5 days of having to call in the same work order was 4 too much. Glad they took the complaint to heart and did what was right. Hopefully they also talk with the staff and do some training on how better to handle these situations at the time.
