As some may remember I had some issues with housekeeping and maintaince during my stay at the Poly in Oct. Several weeks after returning home I emailed Disney and described some of the issues we encountered during our stay. I recieved a phone call and I must say I am very pleased with how Disney handled the situation. My sincerest hope is that the Poly management will address the issues and improve their housekeeping department. The Poly is a beautiful resort and a wonderful location but if I decide to stay there in the future and encounter these problems again...I must say I would have to throw a fit whilest at my happy place. But kudos for Disney's customer service.
