TMZ had Anna Nicole Smith having passed, first.

I remember being at work with a g/f and we had a newstream on - reporting her being unconscious, yet TMZ reported she had died.

Yeah - they must pay buco bucks.

It's sad. He was a show in and of himself, yet I can't help but wonder if his child star status, and having a strange, strange family added to his whole mess of a personality.

Ed McMahon passed earlier this week. And David Carradine earlier this month. Still some speculation on Mr. Carradine's cause of death though. Last I heard it was not a suicide.

Anyhow, sad news. I told my oldest DS and while he knew Michael Jackson and was shocked he had no idea who Farrah or Ed were. Makes me feel really old.

Yes i was just thinking about David Carradine too. I was away on vacation when he passed away, and under such strange circumstances. I always loved Kung Fu and the Kill Bill movies.

I am so sad to hear Michael has passed if it is indeed true.....

We meet him once at the MetLife Pavillion in the VIP room at Epcot about 15 years ago. He was very shy and sweet in person....

He was all over my Tiger Beat magazines when I was young. He wasn't my crush, Donny was, but I he is a contemporary of mine and I always followed him despite his demons.

He was a great talent....It is to bad "celebrity-ism" and being a child star effected him the way it did.....

That webpage does not say he's dead.

CNN & MSNBC & The L.A. Times have not confirmed a death yet. Just that he was brought in during a cardiac arrest. (They may be erring on the side of caution while the family is traveling in.

The L.A. Times says he's in a coma now.

This has been a rough week for celebs... McMahon, Fawcett, now Jackson?

Any one else think this has just been a surreal day?
