Okay, I have been working out after work and now I am having a hard time finding time to fit it in! So, all of you who workout in the morning, can you give me some motivation, ideas, etc on how to make this work! I am NOT a morning person....it is hard enough getting up for work! LOL!! BUT I am determined to work out more and reach my goal!
So, what time do you all get up, how do you do it, etc???? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only 6weeks from Friday to my Florida trip.....time to kick it into high gear!

Well, I would need to get up at 5:30am to get it in before I need to get ready to go to work.
I use to go to a 6:30 AM yoga class and I am definetly not a morning person. I found that I was actually on time (and sometimes early
I leave the 26th....dang just missed ya.
