UPDATE! I DID IT! Questions about Morning workouts!!! ugh!

I'll be in WDW 5/19 thru 5/28. Could we meet up for a glass of water or something?
 
Darn it! We are in Vero Beach until the morning of the 29th, then heading over to WDW! Just gonna miss you! Would have loved to met up for a nice refreshing glass of water........... LOL! :)

But we are both in Michigan, can't be that hard to meet! LOL!!!

Thanks for the advice, glo! I do crunches now instead...which are working out better for me! :) I am not as early morning as the rest of you...there is no way I could get up at 4 in the morning! :eek: Even if I set the alarm, I wouldn't hear it anyway!:rolleyes: I get up around 9 and do my excersizing and then after supper, I do a power walk with Savannah in the stroller! I feel so much better only after 3 days of this routine! Could hardly believe it when I woke up this morning and I wasn't hungry! LOL
