Upcoming discounts?

I know upcoming deals/discounts can't be guaranteed until they actually happen. But just trying to crunch some numbers and looking for some predictions. We are looking to go in mid Sept 2012. Is it normally 4/3 or free dinning during that time?

September is usually free dining. At least it has been since 2005 I think.

Free Dinning works - well anything works to be honest but I don't mind free dinning.
