I'm new to renting points, but it sounds very interesting. We love the Boardwalk and would really enjoy this.

I went to the point calculator page and found that the time we have where we could come down would take about 70 points.

Would you be willing to rent just some of your points, or are you trying to rent them as one block?

Yes, I make the reservation, but I'll be under your name. I'll check availability for you tomorrow and give you a total based on what is available. The points are $10 per point.

Hey, I am interested! When you said Boardwalk points does that mean you can only stay at the Board Wall Villas or can you stay at the Beach Club Villas too?? As soon as you tell me I'll decice which one. I am very excited that we might be gettting the points we need. Thanks, Karen

You can stay at any resort within DVC accomodations.

They don't have the time you're requesting available. If you have alternate dates, I'll be happy to check.

We also will be taking the Disney cruise 5/13/04-5/16/04. I was told it is better to book a reservation on our own. Also how do you want payment? How do we complete this transaction? I'm interested in getting a reservation for a Boardwalk 2 BR standard view for 5 nights starting 11/13/03. This is 188 points.

As a backup I am willing to consider Old Key West 2BR for the same dates, which is 184 points. I may also consider the more expensive resorts if OKW and BWV are both booked at this time. We have a party of 7 so getting lots of space is important.

MichelleT, please let me know if there is availability at these dates.

I would be interested in purchasing points for a studio at BWV from 07/18/04 - 07/22/04. The point calculator says this will result in 44 points. Any other period in July or August would also work.

I am waiting to close on purchase of 200 bcv points on resale. It will probably be 4-8 weeks. With the possiblity of rofr. Bid 72 it probably will go through. However I need a two bedroom for 3/13/-3/20 Wilderness. This is 350 points. However if I get the contract I have 200 points I must use by April first.

I would like to rent 350 points with option of selling 200 back to you in 4-8 weeks.

If it doesn't go through I would just use the room.
