Hello from Joseph

We swopped at 4.30am :) the nights are the worse :(

LOL - It's a distant memory now but this thread brought it all back. DS was born in March '97 There was a comet in the sky (the Hale-Bopp otherwise known as The Great Comet of 1997) DS was a very bad sleeper and I spent many a night pacing the house in the wee small hours and looking at that comet :faint:

It does get better :crazy2:

Late nights never exist in our house, Joshua has always been a very early riser.
He is always up before 05:00 am, so you can imagine by 22:00 at night we are pretty much done in.
I have lost count of the number of films I have started to watch and never seen the end of , well actually I am lucky to stay awake past the first 15 minutes or so...

Before Jospeh we were early risers :( I always used to be at the gym by 7am but now it's just a distant dream :cloud9:

I am sure his pattern will change as he gets older - at least I am hoping it will :teeth:

Hmmmmm I wouldn't be placing any bets on it if I were you :teeth:

Oh my goodness - I feel so lucky!! Our youngest DS (coming up to six months) is out for the count by 7pm and doesn't wake up until after eight the next morning!!!

Oh I am sorry to hear that baby Joseph isn't the best sleeper - I feel so lucky that Shelby hasn't been too bad - she has been sleeping from about 8pm to 6-7am since she was about 7 weeks and even up until then it was just a case of food and then back to bed :teeth:

She's a good un our Shelby! ::yes::

I seem to be up at that time most mornings nowadays.....the children now pretty much sleep through, but I seem to have developed some kind of insomnia and cant actualy get to sleep until the small hours, which is great as I get up at 5:15 to go to work.

It does get better, otherwise we would all stop at one ;)

Took me 2 and a half years to get over shock of sleepless nights when DD (22) was a baby :scared:

Then I went on to have DS (18) and later, maybe as a result of an haggled brain due to sleep deprivation, DD (7) :hyper:
