We went to DL today, just rides this time.
Semi busy for a weekday but the wait times were okay (10 to 20 for most rides).

We got Justin a birthday button (15 on the 11th-- wahhhhhh), the CM in the Disneyana store did the brithday call from Goofy for him -- silly for a teen but he enjoyed it and got a good laugh out of it.

Before we left we swung into DCA to get his birthday bag of tortillas-- alas, it was CORN being run today.. darn, corn is not a fave with the boys.. the flour ones are so yummy from Mission -- free ones even better

Cool! Glad you guys had a great time! I didn't know they served 2 different kinds of tortillas there. I thought they only had flour.

It sounds like everyone will be arriving on Friday. If that's the case then I'll just go on Saturday. We could go on rides and stuff though.

Hey Alex, an idea on Saturday could be a shopping trip at the Character Outlet-- good way to kill an hour (or less) and doesn't hurt the pocketbook as much as the park.

We went today and perused but couldn't decide on anything. They have a BUNCH of ornaments and other Christmas items .. Pixie, if you were looking into a Disneyfied tree now would be good to check it out .. hmm but I remember you have a beautiful disney tree already

Tons of hats this time.. hmm what else, lots of T shirts and hoodies (the ones that are more junior sizes/styled.. as in they won't fit my plumpness self).. ummmmmmmm pins $5- $6 good for trades. Plush, mouse ears, lots of watches in the case too.
Anyway, good stuff this time round.

They have machines set up on both sides as you come in.. usually they run the flour side .. every once in awhile the corn side (like everytime we celebrate a birthday.. arghhhhhhh.. it's a conspiracy I tell ya!)

Staley should be here too, she puts her kidlets down before now..then again it's spring break for her too right??

The school year is going by so quickly now-- yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

That means it's getting closer for us to be back "home"

I have a plan........ I will still have my CA ID after the move, when I get a chance to come for a solo trip I will buy a SoCal AP .. changing the address later I know, it's cheating but darn it !! It's such a good deal that I hate to pass it up.
