:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: We go to Freddie's; just consider him Ralph's cousin!:lmao: It's a NW grocery store. They go as far south as Medford and north past Seattle. Was started by a man in Portland named Fred G. Meyer.

My boss (the older one that passed away) was acquantances with him, said he was a little Hitler!:lmao: He was with him one day touring a store. Fred Meyer was a short little man. He took his cane and started walking down an aisle and pushing everything off the top shelf and it came tumbling down to the floor and breaking!!:scared1: He had told his managers never to put products up on the top shelf, most women were shorter and couldn't reach them. If he couldn't reach them, then neither could most housewives!:lmao: Bet that manger didn't make that mistake again.:lmao:

Fred Meyer is also my nephew's alias. He is in college and works in the summer at my sister's office. They do medical billing and he can't use his real name. No one if Florida knows who Fred Meyer is, so he thinks it's funny to use that as his billing department name!:lmao:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: OMG!!!!

I go to Target for the kids clothes... Alex is easy. All he wears are tees and jeans. In the summer he has jean shorts and tees. AND they have plus sized little girls jeans for Mikalah. Not many places do... and if they do, they tend to cost more then $10. Fred Meyers is just TOO far away! All they way down the street... ugh. Makes me tired just thinking about it. :lmao: :lmao:

I like Target, their kids clothes have gotten MUCH better over the years! My kids get a good mix, and Lynn now knows my secret to getting all their name brand clothes really cheap and they are super cute!!!

Andrea

Ladies, it has been fun and my priority chart is down.

Good night!!

Megan, don't stress about your Mom. It will all work out somehow, and she will come to understand eventually. Be patient and loving, but firm with her, if that is what you need and want for right now.

For me it's the closest store. Walmart is pretty far, the malls are closer but I dread the idea of taking the boys to the mall.

that far huh? :lmao:

I'm a Target fan myself. In the past we have been known to go to Target everyday.. being "perimeter shoppers" looking for the deals. Screw full price-- it's all about the 75% off baby!! :cool1:

for sure for sure...she got roxy for what andrea?? like $8??? she was the bomb...I got $150 worth of clothes(macy) for $67,,,:woohoo:

They carry pricey sportswear, like Nike and Columbia, but also less expensive clothing brands like Russell, Osh Kosh, Carters and mostly unknown names. I hit the sales there, simply because they're more convenient than going to the mall with two little boys.

Yeah, Fred Meyer is not just groceries. They have clothing, shoes, toys, gardening, home decor, jewelry, purses, luggage, electronics. And best of all....get this..... the newer stores have FREE Babysitting!! They have a little room right at the front of the store, usually an older lady working there and you can leave your kids there to play while you shop.:thumbsup2 My kids always loved Freddies Playland.

I would say they are similar to a Super Walmart, only cleaner & carry better quality merchandise. But of course they have higher prices also. I would say they are a step above Target price-wise. I go quite a bit because it's close to work, I can grab a deli sandwich, Starbucks and walk around there are lunch time. They also have some good clearance sales.:thumbsup2

Target is about a 5 minute drive... Walmart is about 10, and FM is about 15... I HATE the mall. HATE it. I think I have outgrown it, because I used to like it. :confused3 Maybe I have just gotten cheap? But they do have a fun little playground for the kids. I used to be all about Walmart, but I dont really like the selection of what they have for girls. Its all kind of.... ugly.

:goodvibes Alex likes the babysitting area. Mikalah is still to young, but tries to go in anyways. :sad2:

Yeah, Albort, You are supposed to love your job!!! Do you wish you hadn't changed positions??

Andrea

heh, i hate it now... esp what they put me through+ its like Christmas busy for i dont know what reason.

Sat Cart List:
All glow carts (10 total)
Frontierland
New Orleans
Fantasyland
Tomorrowland
Parade cart Roamers x4
Mainstreet x2

FYI, parade cart roamers are like insanely hard to find as they can go whereever they want.

Sun Cart List:
Hot Chocolate cart (underneath golden gate bridge)
Churro cart x2 (Hollywood + Sunshine Plaza)
Popcorn cart (Sunshine Plaza)
Stadium Vending x3 (Under Condor flat sign+ By Bugs Land gate + by Hollywood gate)
Glow carts x2 (Sunshine Plaza + Golden Dreams)
Balloons (Sunshine Plaza)

Monday Cart list: (was more relaxing and easy)
Churros cart x2 (Sunshine Plaza+Bugs Land)
Popcorn cart (Sunshine Plaza)
Stadium Vending x2 (Bugs Land Gate+Bugs Land)

Sat and Sun were just massive ammount of ppl. I dont even know where they came from. Disneyland had like low - medium crowd work force, not HEAVY workforce. I took my breaks and lunches like at my 6-7th hour of my shift during my 8 hour work shift.

I know about the new job-- duh!!!

I was looking at everyone doing stocking. They were not as fuzzy and adorable as you :lmao:

you didnt look hard enough... THere were ONLY 2 stockers at night. :D
