PEOPLE!!! Why am I the only one getting HUNG UP???

I'm getting hung up too.

Okay... my dh is a machinist. He makes airplane parts, but cant do anything with our car! Our alternator went out in our last car, and I am sitting there screaming at him to tell me what was wrong with our car, and he was screaming back that he hadnt a clue! I was sooo mad!! I told him he needed to be a man, and figure it out!!! yeah... he almost stabbed me in the eyeball that time!

Give me duct tape and a wire clothes hanger and I can fix just about anything. I normally call my brother for major car issues. But I grew up in a mechanical household, so a lot of it rubbed off on me. You would think after 24 years with me so of it would have rubbed off on DH!

I'm watching Oprah's Favorite Things show. GEESH, $42 for 3 bars of European soap? The blood orange sorbeto looked yummy, though. Now I'm hungry...

For $42 they had better throw in a hunky Italian guy to wash my back!

Grumpy pirate -sorry can't watch your link. I'm stuck on dial up at home in the evenings. So I'll check out the poo tomorrow when I get to work!

Wow I would hate to say I mildly snore and get stuck with the snorefest in that cabin Luckily I dont snore in the middle of the night but I can wake up a room with my farts.

So can my daughter. She almost blew me off the bed the other night.

So the next year they had snoring and non-snoring cabins. I can sleep through snoring, but this was extreme!

See, that just wouldn't work for me, I'd get no sleep! I have my suspicions that DH (who does not snore unless he's drunk, which thankfully doesn't happen very often) exaggerates how loud it is. But my mother snores loudly, and so does my sister, so . I almost cried when he told me I snored.

Shawna, I presume you saw that the Disney Playhouse is going to include Handy Manny beginning in the spring???

Sam, I do not recommend any nad-kicking or eyeball-forking, although my mother swears the only time my father listens to her is when she has a fork in her hand. (I used to think it meant dinner was nearly on the table, but now I'm not so sure...)

I saw that, and I am super excited they are changing it!! It is really in need of an overhaul, my kids dont hardly know any of the characters in it now!

But I will admit I had a hard time dating anyone who wasn't the least mechanically inclined. Fortunately for me, DH is very mechanically inclined, as well as brilliantly smart, hardworking, and most importantly, looks great in a tight pair of jeans!

Eh... My dh is not so mechanically inclined, but decently smart, EXTREMELY hard working... but has a horribly flat butt and chubby thighs... So he doesnt look so hot in tight jeans. But I think he is an all out hottie, plus he fell in love with Alex... Which was the most important thing! AND he lets me do whatever I want!

Finished up preps for tomorrow!! Made some rice krispie squares for DW. She was preping side dishes all day!!

Tomorrow I will fry about four or five chickens, then next day, two turkeys!!

I saw that, and I am super excited they are changing it!! It is really in need of an overhaul, my kids dont hardly know any of the characters in it now!

My kids knew only the Pooh characters, since we don't get the Disney channel. (And I guess at least 1 or 2 shows aren't even on anymore?)

So yeah, I was excited to see that they're at least changing the lineup, the boys had so much fun at the show even though they didn't know the characters.
