Good morning, hyenas!
At least it's morning for another 15 minutes...

Sorry I bailed last night; I tried to get unstuck or get in through another browser window, but it was down good and tight.

So I got interested in a few TV shows, watched one through my eyelids, woke up and thought "I should check in with the girls!" But by then it was so close to 11 anyway that I just went to bed.

So DH and DS7 are at Target (getting who knows what), DS3 is down for nap a bit early in hopes that we'll be able to attend DS7's soccer game this afternoon. I've missed so many because they conflict with DS3's naptime, and there's just a couple left, so we'll see if this works.

Somebody was just ringing the doorbell like crazy while I had DS3 on the toilet. (And trust me, you don't want to leave that boy naked and loose for too long!) I ignored the door and tried to hurry DS3 along, but 3yos and their wizards are not to be rushed.

So finally I dashed downstairs for a fresh Pull-Up and checked the door, but whoever it was had left. I was hoping it was my delivery of a scrapbooking order, but I guess not. I'm thinking maybe it was my nutty neighbor, wondering when DS7's game is today.

Anyway, so we got game this afternoon, probably will have leftovers tonight, and then we'll have a Movie Night! We rented the Bridge to Terabithia, and will pop a huge batch of popcorn, WOOHOO!!!

Sorrrryyyy Pixie, I gotta go with a lot of the posters on that thread. A flash in the eyes while your trying to enjoy a ride is just not cool!

If you read my post there, you can see that usually there is really no reason to use a flash! besides, a flash is only effective (on most normal cameras) about 6 to 8 feet. It is easier, if you are using film, to get an Ilford brand high ISO film and push the settings to get a good "low light" shot!!

hey everybody...just wanted to stop by and say hi...ive been so busy last couple of days...yesterday was bb's mom amandas bday and we went for pizza and had cheesecake and pumpkin pie instead of standard bday cake...today is Tristans bday party yay he actually turns 1 on Monday but we are celebrating it today...I have trained him well I have...he knows who Mickey is and since its the only thing he really knows we are having his bday party mickey themed oh yeah oh yeah!!! anyways I took bb home with me last night since all mandas friends were over and they were drinking and I took him home about 9ish so I could start making chili in the crockpot over there....and now Im home gonna take a shower then Im off again to get manda so we can go to costco and get the cake and hot dogs and stuff...so anyways I hope everyone has a good day...talk soon....

We just finished watching The Bridge to Terabithia. Sweet movie. Though I don't think the kids were that into it. They were WILD, jumping on each other, tickling and giggling, and of course that devolves into hitting and kicking and somebody getting hurt. Oyyyyyy...

DS7 (after being told 4 times) is finally brushing his teeth and getting to bed. DS3 claimed to want to go to bed, too, but I think he just wanted an excuse to sneak into DS7's room for more play/rough-housing. So I said, "Fine. Come downstairs with me," and I put a pillow and blanket on the couch, threw him in, and told him to go night-night. I popped a binkie in his mouth, and lo and behold, he is quiet! Still not asleep, but it's only been about 5 minutes.
