yay I found it it was off of the mickey mouse disco album which came out in 1979 and it was called the greatest band.....Im trying to see if I can get anything off of youtube so you can hear it...Im just now realizing how far back ive been into mickey my bf and i were in marching band at the time and we made up a whole routine to that song
