I've learned over the years that guys care more about the logical solution to solving problems, but women want to resolve things on a more emotional level. Most guys just focus on solving things as quickly as possible and most women tend to drag things out because they want they analyze things by every single little detail.

I'm agreeable to that opinion. I find over time, that hubby and I become better at our marriage. A little give, a little take on the problems that need solving.

We don't fight, we have a tendency to talk without speaking...

Dh and I do everything together. I woke him up to let him know we were going to the Grocery store... Which he HATES, and he jumped out of bed and wanted to come to. :confused3 I cant get out of the house without him!:lmao: But we dont get hardly anytime together, so we take what we can get. Besides... after this weekend, I dont think he plans on getting to many days of before christmas. He figures he might be working staight through till then.:sad1:

I do the grocery shopping during the week and we hang out on the weekends. Sometimes we'll go to the store together and we always wait for the weekends to go to Fry's because their sales don't start until Friday.

:lmao: I thank my lucky stars that my bf does not drink and he is not into sports. :thumbsup2 You're supposed to be in bed missy!

Yeah... No doubt! My dh drinks sometimes... but not much, and he HATES sports. Which is good, because I do too!:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We used to argue but now if I'm upset I just leave the room and go on the computer or watch some movies or read in another room. That helps me to cool off and then he does the same by staying in another room. Then after a couple minutes we're fine and we just hug and drop it. In high school we used to argue but now that we're older we just talk and give each other a little space. It's helped us a lot.

Dh and I have never had a real fight... We have gotten snarky with each other, but never fought. We were talking about it the other night, when we heard our neighbors screaming at each other yet AGAIN! its only been 5 years, so I am sure that we will have one sooner or later, but we are both so chill, that neither one of us gets all that mad about things.

Yes, I do believe that once I got so Snarky with DH I threatened to break a vase over his head! Of course that was many years ago. I think we have run out of stuff to fight over now. All of the important stuff has been fought about by now!

What makes you think I'm not in bed? Remember I have a laptop!!:thumbsup2

We go to super walmart and he takes the kids to the toy dept., and the video game dept. it works well because i dont have the kids "helping" me with the grocerys!:lmao: and I dont have to look at the video games... YAWN! But I think we are getting a Wii. I figure it would actually be something we can play as a family. Since the kids are NOT allowed to touch the 360.

In high school I LOVED the Lakers. I used to watch the games with my older sister and my dad on the TV. We went to Laker games and I was freakin overyjoyed and kept cheering and yelling loudly! :rotfl2: It shocked the heck out of my family because I'm so quiet! :rotfl: Then after a few years they traded away all my favorite players and started to go downhill. I never really liked Kobe or Shaq that much. Now I don't like them at all and don't watch any sport.

My dh is a very amotional guy, h got so upset once that he took off his wedding ring. I told him if he EVER pulled that stunt again I would walk my butt right out the door. WITHOUT the kids!! :lmao: Yeah... that scared him right out of doing anything that stupid again!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Now he just sits quietly on the couch agreeing with everything i say!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

No sports here, hubby doesn't understand the fascination with them.

Today he was upset at DL..

He watched as a mom left with 3 kids under 5 off the train. Baby strapped to mom, struggling with pushing a stroller and another one trailing behind, mom looked pissed.

Oldest kid asked "why is daddy staying on the train?"

Turned out "daddy" was going back to the hotel to watch a Raider's game.

My Hubby was kinda snarly. "why bother going on a vacation if you're not together, and you don't help your wife with the kids??"

Good point.

Is the XBox 360 locked in a curio cabinet with finger print scanning security? Does it also have accent lighting shining on top of the console? :rotfl2:

The Wii is really fun. I have one and so do my siblings. Now when we go to each other's houses we all play it. It's really great for families because you don't just sit on your butt like an Idaho potato! You have to move around and it's great fun. :yay:

:rotfl: I'm on the bed too with the laptop and I'm watching Myth Busters episodes that I taped. My bf is with me too but he's watching Myth Busters and on his PC. :surfweb:

 :sad2: WTH? Dh would be pissed to. Vacation time is FAMILY time. He doesnt get enough time with the kids as it is, I think that is why he loves going to DL. He gets to see the kids having a ton of fun. He took Mikalah on the rockets so many times he was SICK by the end of it!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: But she loves it... and Alex on Mullholand Madness. :sad2: My butt is WAY to big for that ride!:lmao:

:lmao: Almost! It is way up on top of the TV. Out of reach of all the gruby little fingers in my house!:lmao:

I figured it would be better for us since we wont just sit around to play it, and I think even Mikalah could do SOMETHING!!

Mulholland Madness is the mini-coaster of death!! :scared1: I rode on it with my sibs at MHT and my butt flew up off the seat as we were turning a corner at the very top. I got so freaked out and squeezed the bars to hold on. :faint: I don't like the sudden stops at the end. It made us all hit our backs on the seat. :headache:

When I rode Indiana Jones with Bernice I flew up off the seat a bit and got freaked out too! I forgot which part it was but it startled me!

I HATE that ride!! This was the first time I had rode it, adn I kept jamming my shoulders into the bars on the side. OUCH! I was for SURE that I was gonna die on that first turn! What a horrid ride!

Sad, but it's something I would expect my BIL to do.

He's always complaining "you're dumping the KID on me??!" ... ah yes... your the dad, you can watch him too.

My sis is a SAHM, my BIL works evenings.

She rarely gets a "no kids " day, I worry about her stressing out. Very demanding job to be a mom to a teen, 1st grader with autism and a 1 yr old preemie-- lots of therapy visits, doctor appts, IEP meetings for all 3 kids, helping with homework, housework to be done, laundry, cooking, helping at school, grocery shopping, shopping at health food stores for her DS diet.....

And he does.. nothing but sit on the couch until he goes to work at 3 pm.

:sad2:

That's terrible Bernice! :headache: People who are selfish should not have children. :sad2:

OUCH!

Yeah, I don't like it either.
We never go on that one.

Hopefully it will be gone when they redo DCA!! :goodvibes
