ok, I don't get it.. why is Babe the Blue Ox and Paul Bunyan in California??

That's an "up north" story.
Babe stomped so hard he made holes in the ground, they filled up and that's why we have 10,000 lakes in MN!

Bemidji, MN is his birthplace. And there's a giant talking Paul in Brainerd, MN-- you can talk to him, and he talks back

We werent going to go to San Fransisco... We were going to cut off and totally skip it, but i really wanted to do the GG bridge. So I think we were there for a total of about 20 minutes. We got in, and we left!

well next time you guys drive to DL....go to SF and let me know...you will love it there I do love SF but I totally adore Santa Cruz...I wish I could go up there all the time....I have a favorite place to eat breakfast both in SF and SC...and everytime we go I hit it I took andrea to the place in SF and she loved it....also shes really into garlic bread so we went to tiff's favorite pizza place which is the place I was telling you about having a large pizza and they have small loaves of garlic bread plain or with cheese for about $2.50 a loaf and both her and tiff scarfed it down lol

oh sorry....i buy it at CC, BB, CO, RBT, compass book store, coffee shop at DLH and thats about it lol oh at storytellers too...and they will give you a to go cup

They are carved out of Redwoods... One tree carved each thing. I think they just wanted to make something huge out of them. (thats what dh tells me anyways...) But do you guys see why Babe turned every adult in the area to a giggling 12yo?

Yum!! We want to go to SF to visit, but NOT in our car... Its a 5 speed... I cant hang on the hills!

OT....ok im reading the Al Lutz article and I just have to stop and say something...I hope everyone realizes that these HUGE crowds of people coming to DL is what is causing the increase in prices...if you arent reading the article just let me say the big wigs are kicking themselves in the ssa because they only increased the park hoppers by $3 instead of $5....and thats why AP's are going up so much...if this keeps up Im not going to be able to afford to buy an AP...sheesh

yep, I read that too.

And as much as I want things changed, and the new theming would be awesome!! I'm going to miss the murals. Hopefully whatever replaces them will jaw dropping beautiful -- at this point the murals are just "oh that's cool" but still, better than looking at stores, stores, and more stores in the area.

those are the only 2 mugs I drink from and if Tiffany tries to drink from them i turn into
