Happy Birthday Lauren!!

Okay... Well, I was having some real issues getting to sleep last night, so I took some nyquil. Anyhow, we get up at 6:45, get Alex all ready for school... Mikalah gets dressed for the walk down there, and dh takes them. I decided to take the few minutes of peace and quiet to hop in the shower. So Im showering... only to be interrupted by the curtain being ripped open.."Hi mommy!!!" Oh, hi Mikalah... can you close the curtain? You're soaking the bathroom!

Anyways... we had breakfast. Then turned on the "Didney" channel so Mikalah could watch her toons. I mustve zonked out on the couch, because i woke up to everyone getting ready for bed!! Holy cow!! I slept all morning! I guess thats the last time I take nyquil to help me sleep!

Ahhh....NYQUIL!!! My drug of choice!

Just taking a lunch break and thought I would say hi to everyone. My internet is still down at home. Don't know if/when it's getting fixed. So for now I'll just be on when I have time during my work day.

So what's everybody up to?? Did I miss anything fun & exciting this weekend??

Hey Albort, I got a quick question for you...I'm planning to visit Disneyland the 1st weekend of January (January 4-6). I think this is the last weekend that the Christmas decorations will still be up but do you think it will be crowded this weekend because of that? I really want to go for the holidays but this is the only weekend I have avaliable.

it felt like a lot less busy that week. I been advising people to go then so you can overlap both themes

Hey Staley, try taking a half dose of Nyquil if you don't feel good or need to sleep. It puts you to sleep without really making you super sleepy or spacey after you wake up!

Not too much! Just starting to make plans for my Jan. trip to Disneyland. Making sure thats the dates I really want to go so I can make a hotel reservation.

Dishes are happily sudsing themselves clean.

skipped the laundry for now.. hoping the teenager will help me.

I detest the current arrangement of: schlepping it out the door, grab the cat and toss her back inside AGAIN, carrying two loads or more down some steps, up some steps and along the path to the laundry bldg.
Told hubby we need an "old lady" shopping cart.

Arranged my coupon binder- pulling expireds out. Pre plan my attack at the store so it won't take forever to get my deals on.

hmmm, now what to make for dinner? -- crockpot is clean and waiting.

Do you have any suitcases with wheels on them? Cram the dirty clothes into them and pull them to the laundry room. Then fold them up and put them back in and wheel them back to the apartment. Then you don't need a little old lady shopping cart!

I thought about that.. but we don't have very big suitcases. Likely would only hold one load of laundry.
