Ahhhhhh next week this time I will be going crazy! Last minute packing, getting my nails done, frantically rechecking that I have everything. Next Friday night I won't sleep!! Wow! So exciting

I am doing a dance here but it is a dance of panic.............only 8 days and so much to do yet.

Making sure all my travel documents are in order this am, printed out my flight documents.

Soon as I have everything assembled and in order will place in my carry-on, so there is no chance of me forgetting anything.

Looking out at the 3-4 inches of snow covering the lawn.
Schools are cancelled and I check my 6:30am flight today and it was delayed but only by about 15 mins............I just know it is going to snow on the 4th when we leave.

I think I am dancing that dance with you Sheila. We got about 8 inches of snow last night into this morning and the kids school was cancelled for today. When I was watching the new last night it said that all Southwest flights were cancelled coming out of Chicago last night and it really got be worried that it was going to snow on March 7th.

I saw on the news this am that something like 140? flights were cancelled out of o'Hare. I am gonna be sweating it until I am on the plane and safely on my way to FL. I checked and it snowed here last year on 3/3 and 3/4

Oh I got so confused for a minute. I'm from MA and school vacation is this week. Now I understand why school was cancelled in your neck of the woods. We got fat snow flakes for about an hour today now it's raining. I just keep praying to the weather Gods for no snow in Boston next Saturday. I'll send a prayer for your safe and noneventful flight next Sunday.

Hi Y'all! Exactly 4 weeks until our very first trip to disney. We are staying at POR. I'm about 75% packed already. I'm hoping the next 4 weeks fly by fast.

And speaking of snow...we havent had hardly any snow. The most snow we had was mid Oct. with about 10 inches. I've been a bit anxious wondering if Mother Nature is gonna be a cold hearted woman & mess up our travel plans.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of you who are leaving in the next few weeks.

I'll give you a hint - it's not sitting on my couch watching basketball We will be somewhere between MN and FL getting our Goofy Woofy trip underway. Our official trip dates are March 23-April 1st. DD 8 and her BFF 7 have it all counted down.

I've been reading about everyone packing, and I like to think of myself as mentally packed I think DD's BFF is totally packed - but as she said, she doesn't need shorts, tshirts, tanktops and sandals in MN right now anyway! Point Taken

So please add one more MN Spring Breaker to your March list!

My fingers and toes and eyes and everything else is crossed that your flight will be perfect on the 4th! Let's change that panic dance into a "Our trip is almost here and we're going to have a blast" dance!

Again, everything is crossed that all WDW flights will be perfect! And everyone will have a safe trip TO the airport and a safe flight to WDW! (And of course a safe flight and drive home -- but let's not think about going home right now. )

We are in the Cities - South of the River. You guys? It better be a speedy 4 weeks, I don't think DD will stand it if it's not!!

Thanks meandthemouse. I like your site better that accuweather... At least it is not rainy every day. I don't mind the cool weather, it beats the hot humid weather in the summer.

In one week, we'll be at POFQ! Started packing; I think we can go with just carry on. Found a great rate for a car at Alamo so might not take the ME. I am obsessed with the weather forecasts too, lol, but they keep changing; sometimes for better, sometimes for worst. Yesterday, accuweather showed March 7 sunny at 85, today it shows rain?! (we booked the wishes desert party so we have our fingers crossed). But on most of the days it shows rain, if you expand the details it is less and 1/10".......hard to predict so far out anyway. Let's hope we get some shorts weather!

Just wanted to stop by and say Hi to everyone. We are coming into the home stretch and I know I am way behind in my packing. We are going on our trip, I'd rather not but DH wants to, thinks it will be good for us.

So today is my online check-in day and the online reservation system is to be down.................good thing I was not planning on using online check-in.

Hey Sheila....it is so good to see you on the Dis. I couldn't agree more with your husband.

I am right there with you. For some reason, I am afraid to do online check in this time. We are staying at POR and I want to stay in the Mansions.....I requested it but you never know. My husband says that I need to just do it. And the packing.....haven't even started. Ugh!

ok.....i said i wouldn't do it but just can't help myself.....checked the weather sites again this morning! anyway, I'll go with weather.com because accuweather.com shows lower temps! It changes daily.....I just hope I'm packing right. I have jeans, a sweatshirt and disposable ponchos, but the majority is shorts/capris. Any input???? Thanx
