Josh of EasyWDW is also reporting the same information and he is usually pretty darn near 100% spot on about all things DisneyWorld. BTW(his site is not where I first saw about the closings)Just Say'in.

Of course this is nothing compared to my waiting 52 years to go to DL and then having the Railroad down for refurbishment.

I'm sure I know where you saw it, and both sites are pretty accurate, but they aren't "official". So fingers are still crossed.

I'm no longer going in MarchCan't get the Spring Break dates I wanted off of work . I am going almost 3 weeks later. hopefully crowds will be a little better. The prices worked out better. But I no longer belong here

I am getting so impatient about it too! We now have to wait to get our first bill when the points will be applied. SW is running cheap flights again right now, but DH doesn't want to purchase until we have the points...grrrr!!! His words to me "patience, grasshopper"! I love that man, I really do. He knows how much I want to fly and I know he will make it happen, I just have to wait.

We didn't mind. We just pretended they were sitting at OUR table and we were nice enough to not make them move. And if we got on their nerves, who cares. I'm sure my kids whined and got loud ... but if they didn't want to be social, then so be it.

Oh... it's so tempting ... but we have dinner ADR for GG -- and I'm super excited. Maybe we could do lunch? It would be OOP for us, but I'm sure we could swing it. We could just make one ADR for all of us or something?

That would be fun... We should do that... Or we could meet somewhere else for lunch too... Just not Mexico - I'd like to keep you out of there.

There is something to be said for not rushing out and getting airfare as soon as it is available, seems I always do that and then if you want to change your dates those change fees imposed on you by the airlines really suck. Years ago it was only $50 a pop but now at $100 it gets pricey. Ya know JB changed my flight time, they should have to pay me $$$.

Still don't know if we are flying on not AND DH wants beach time, so much for the kids not missing too much school

Nope...no plane tickets yet. BUT our department had our Christmas party today. I work as an Administrative Assistant at a small local university. Well, the faculty member from my department gave me $240 for Christmas today!!! It was all in cash that they had all donated. I have worked here for 2yrs & they have never done this before. I am so excited & overwhelmed. I have decided to do something for myself with the $40 and book something special at Disney for the family with the $200.

So Dis friends...ideas about something cool for our family to do that costs $200 or less??? We are a family of five: mommy, daddy, DD12, DD9 and DS 5. I would love to have your ideas and input!!!

I'm SOOOO excited! We upgraded to Coronado Springs!!! We also shaved 1 day off of our trip since we're driving back to Michigan and want to have some time to rest before all of the craziness begins on Monday. Our new dates are March 3-9. I am literally on !!!
