Universal timeshare options for rental?

Good morning! We are considering a stay at Universal (with a day for Epcot mixed in for extra fun), and I am new to how they do things. I am so used to Disney, and I usually rent DVC points to stay at an on-site hotel. Does Universal do that? If so, how do I find an owner to connect with?

Of course I would consider staying off site to save money, but the thought of not having some sort of Express pass for Epic U and such, for me, is a no-go. I think the whole place will be jammed for years with all the new lands.

Any advice or help to find or connect with Universal timeshare rentals (if that exists) would be great, thank you!

I’m DVC direct and USOAP … I am not aware of any timeshare options unless the Hilton Orlando Convention Center has booking thru their Timeshare Division .
Currently it does not seem USO Helios will have the deluxe express pass included …BUT I plan to keep checking.
I think the second day will include the early hour entry but not the first Day for the Grand Open on 5/22 .Also keeping an eye on all information as it is revealed !
Would not be the first time I find out about something after the fact !

No time shares for actual Universal onsite hotels, they are strictly regular hotels.

There is no hotel EP for Epic, it is a standalone purchase only. Same with Volcano Bay.

You do get transportation to the parks and 1hr early entry at certain parks staying onsite, even with the cheaper onsite hotels. A few offsite hotels are also walkable.

You might consider getting an Annual Pass for the discounted hotel rates. The discounted AP rates can save you more than the cost of the AP upgrade. You can look at (and book) the AP rates before you have an AP in hand, so you'll be able to compare costs.
