Universal Studies/IOA Question?

We will be at Universal in October and was wondering if someone knew of the time schedules at that time. It is also when the Halloween night will be happenng. I realize that U-studios would be closing for the Halloween, but does anyone know the the IOA will remain open. I willl be going with young children and cannot do the Halloween event. Hope someone can help me?

Based on last year's schedule, the Studios will close at 5pm and IOA will stay open until 7pm. Nothing will be officially released until this summer...but use last year's schedule for planning.
