Anyone been on the Disney Magic recently can share where to go for dining changes on embarkation day? Also the time?

According to this Navigator from June, dining changes were in Soul Cat lounge starting at 1200.

Yeah it was Soul Cat lounge when I boarded on Wednesday. It was at the aft end of the lounge and they had 2 dealing with regular dining changes and 1 for Palo.
