Unique Breakfast options, outside, but near the parks

One of our favorite traditions at WDW is going to Kona Cafe at Poly for breakfast on a non park day.

What options do we have for an "outside the parks" unique breakfast for under $20 a person near Disneyland? I was eyeballing Tangaroa Terrace. It's not table service like Kona Cafe but I guess that isn't a deal breaker.

It doesn't necessarily even have to be Disney owned. Just something beyond IHOP, McDonald's, or anything else that can be had anywhere else. We are staying on Harbor Blvd across from the parks and hoping for something walk-able.

Perhaps some place worth using a Doordash, EatStreet type of app while on vacation?? Going to the restaurant is preferable though.

Any opinions?

Grand California Hotel Craftsman Grill, near parks and great breakfast options.
Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel.
Roscoe's Chicken n Waffles near the Anaheim Convention Center about a 15-20 minute walk from the Disneyland Entrance on Harbor.

I agree with Craftsman Grill and also like Tangaroa Terrace which you mentioned. Neither are table service but good food options. I really like the outdoor seating area at Tangaroa overlooking the pool (at least pre-closure... no idea if things will be the same now). Also Storytellers in the GCH. But if you're staying on Harbor it's a hike through DTD to the GCH or DLH for breakfast.

On Harbor you also have Mimi's Cafe. It's a chain so nothing special or unique but their breakfast is pretty good- better than IHOP, IMO. La Brea Bakery in DTD is another breakfast option.

Tangaroa is great, but a far walk all the way through DTD to the DLH. I think Mimi's is a good choice.

It is a quick Uber ride away (across the 5 in Orange) but super unique and tasty breakfast/brunch spot. And it is relatively cheap (most things are between $10-$15) so definitely within your budget. It is counter service and has a big outdoor seating area.

Completely agree with the Craftsman Grill. Having stayed their opening weekend...breakfast was super delicious there!

Earl of Sandwich has a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and fruit options.
La Brea Bakery has blueberry pancakes to die for.

If you are going before July, DLH options aren;t available. I do like the breakfasts at UVAs. I think Craftsman Grill is good, but has been limited to GCH guests.

Nothing here compares to the Kona Cafe, which is a shame. But others have provided good advice on suitable on-property options. One off-property place I haven't seen mentioned is Brewberry Cafe (http://www.brewberrycafe.com/) which is just down Katella, definitely non-chain, delicious, and affordable.
