What you are describing is the Deluxe plan - DxDP.

The regular DDP is one counter service and one table service per night of stay.

Dining plan credits are pooled so you can use them as you wish during your stay up until midnight of your checkout day.

With the DDP you can't have 3 TS everyday, you won't have enough credits. If you are on the DxDDP, you can have 3TS everyday if you want.

Also keep in mind that you can receive all your table service (TS), counter service (CS), and snack (S) credits upfront, so if you wanted to eat two TS one day and two CS the next day, you could. You could also have no snacks one day and 4 snacks the next (assuming you have 4 S credits).

Also keep in mind that there are some Signature Dining places and shows which require 2TS credits.

There are different DDP's so it depends on which one you are on.

The QSDP with 2 QS meals, 2 Snacks and a refillable mug per night

"Regular" DDP with 1 TS meal, 1 QS meal and 1 Snack per night

DxDDP with 3 meal credits (can be used by TS or QS), two snacks, and a refillable mug per night of your stay.

The PP is correct except that in 2012 the QSDP will only have 1 snack credit per night of your stay.
The credits are per night of your stay, not per day. So for example if you have an 8 day, 7 night stay you would have 7 credits.
However you receive them all on check in.
You can "spend" them however you wish. You could have 3 TS meals in one day and use 3 of the 7 credits you have, leaving 4 credits left to spread over the remaining 6 nights. It is up to you.

DXDP or DXDDP - Deluxe Dining Plan or Deluxe Disney Dining Plan

I am assuming from the first post that you are on or at least considering the deluxe plan.

The deluxe plan allotments are 3 meal credits (to be used interchangeably for CS or TS) per person, per NIGHT you stay at your resort. Not per day.

And yes, if you want 3 TS meals per day, as long as you have enough credits in your account to do that, you can.

We are doing delux, paper work says also comes with a free resort mug, I know those. We just have never don't delux before and thought we would book a lot of Ts to get our monies worth.

We're doing the Deluxe in November, usually do the free ddp - yes, you can do 3 regular TS per day or any combination. In order for us to make it work it, DF and I are doing a 1 credit TS for lunch, and a signature/2 credit TS for dinner each night - but we're not breakfast eaters, so that's why.

3 TS meals per day is going to eat up a lot of park time (like 4-5 hrs a day at a meal ) and be a lot of food. I'm not sure I'd do this every day. Perhaps break it up with a couple of days of late breakfast/early lunch TS meal and a 2 credit signature or dinner show in the evening.
