Undercover Tourist delivery time

...states that it's 15 business days. We are leaving in 2.5 weeks. Do I risk it? Are they generally faster than stated time for ticket delivery?

Don't chance it. Do they still offer the service that delivers the tickets to your resort?

I ordered my tickets on Wednesday and they arrived today! I'd say that's definitely less than 15 business days!!!

I got mine in three days! I think you will be just fine using them - I was amazed at how quickly mine arrived but it seems to be normal!! They also have an option to pick them up on site if you prefer that...

Undercover Tourist is great. We've ordered from them for a few years. The tickets generally come in about 3-5 days. They'll send you an e-message when they've been mailed. I wouldn't hesitate ordering if I was doing it 2.5 weeks before my trip.

It took just 3 days from order day to being in our mailbox just this week. We received an email that they shipped as well as a tracking # to see where they were on the journey!

If you are driving you can just go buy and pick them up...we have done that once or twice....Shipping is usually fast...if I order on Monday I usually get them on Saturday...they have express shipping..not sure of the cost but with the added cost it might be same or more as gate price...

I recently ordered my tickets and received them in less than a week. This is my third year ordering from them and each year the tickets came within a week.

Same exact timing for me too. I ordered on Tuesday, July 20th the tickets were in my mailbox on Friday, July 23rd! I was surprised how fast they arrived.

ordered mine on a saturday, they shipped on monday, got them on wednesday. although this time i had to sign for them. never did that in the past.

Ditto all of the above. I've ordered from them 3 times & they always came within a week. Just be aware that they come in an unmarked envelope - it can easily be mistaken for junk mail!

Ordered mine on a Sat. and received them the following Thurs. So thats 4 business days. They were shipped and tracking info emailed to me the Mon. after ordering. Their website says they will guarantee 10 business days delivery. Go for it

We got our tickets in two days. Plus, they have a service where you can pick up your tickets in Orlando if you need it. Many people leave their tickets at home and don't realize it until they are there! Have a great trip!!!
