After getting the room thing all straightened out we headed to DTD via the car.......We were able to park right up front!!!! It was awesome...hardly anyone there!!! We went to all the Disney stores then ate at Earl of Sandwich for lunch........it was pretty good.....they dont tell you what you get on the Disney Dinig Plan though.....a little confusing.....

And of course I got in line behind another cougar!!!! This one wanted a warm chocolate chip cookie.....but they didnt have any.....so she was mad....whining to her boyfriend........rubbing her head all over him...I wanted a cookie.....waaaaaa
So I'm standing there looking at the bins with desserts......low and behold I find a chocolate chip cookie.......WOOOO HOOOOO.....Jack pot baby!!!! I snatched it up.......Just another one of those little things in life..........Now if it was a kid I would have given up the cookie.......but not for the cougar!!!!

After lunch we went to the West side of DTD....We went to our favorite store............Magnetron!!!! If you havent been you have to spend some time there reading magnets.........hysterical......DW and I just stood there handing each other magnets to read.......probably in there 30 minutes....

I then went to Sosa family cigars and bought a great Sosa cigar .....they lit it up for me and I was able to walk through DTD with a fat stogie!!!! Now, thats a great day!!! Momma was able to shop for awhile, I got to sit on park benches and puff away!!!!!

When we completed our DTD adventure we went to the outlet mall on the east side of I-4, you just go by the DTD hotels to Vineland Rd, turn right, go under I-4 and first road to the left takes you there.....they have a pretty good selection of stores.......ADIDAS- my favorite!!!!! Then off to a grocery store to get a few snacks for the room......Momma needs something in the morning....had to get her a few muffins........Oh, and I got beer!!!! WOOO HOOOOOO BEEEEER!!!! Then back to our room.........(it was about 4:00pm).....I went for a swin in one of the quiet pools by our building......very nice....a few people.....refreshing........
We then had to get ready for CAPTAIN JACKS!!!!!

We then went to the boat docks!!! I got to check on my retirement job.....the boats were running smoothe.......but very fulll.....lots of people.....what a nice float to DTD.......But if I was captain I would be tellling jokes and doing Disney trivia questions......Our captain never spoke.....it was fine though.......he just doesnt have the UJ touch!!!

After dinner we had to jump on the boat back to POR......we had a carriage ride reserved.......momma didnt know about it!!!! So we just walked around POR and watched the piano guy for a bit.......I always forget his name, he is awesome with the kids...he has his own website..........very good....

So we went outside and sat on a park bench right by the carriage stop....Momma asked me "Are we going on a carriage ride??" I told her yes, he must be running a little late......he showed up about 5 minutes later......
It was very nice, the driver (Joe) did talk the whole time.......
It was funny though, he introduced us to his horse "Travis".....thats the name of our youngest son!!!!

Love those magnets. I could spend forever and a day looking at ones like that! Never have been to Magnetron, but we have a store like it...hilarious!

Capt Jacks sounds great - twin lobster tails - you go man!

The carriage ride sounds so nice and relaxing - love hearing the clippity clop of the hooves!

Day 3 is Magic Kingdom day!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO for MK!!!!

We were up and on our way by 9:00am, I think we entered the park by about 9:20! It was crowded on Main St. USA.......we took it all in though....the people, the stores, characters, balloons, the sounds and smells, and best of all....the castle!!! Just something about Main St. USA I have never seen anything but smiles on everyones face!!! It's great..........

We headed right to Frontier land.......we hit Big Thunder, then splash mountain.....we got soaked in the front of the boat....for some reason the front of the boat was sitting a little lower in the water and we plowed right into the water......hmmmmmm????

We made our way to Adventureland and hit Pirates, The jungle cruise (I got to see my hidden Mickey on the side of the airplane), then we had to go see the Tiki birds- DW has to see them every time we go......

Haunted Mansion was next......NO ONE THERE!!!! We went in to the stretch room with a lady and her young daughter!!!! Walked right on the ride!!!! incredible!!!!
We looked for changes in the ride....(it was closed last Aug. when we were there!!!) Only things we saw different was a room with stairs all over it and electronic foot prints lighting up....some of the other stuff was a little different....I read they enhanced the ghosts with digital stuff.....still had the hidden Mickey on the large table that is set with ghosts dancing around it.

After all that we shopped for awhile......went back through the castle and in to Tomorrowland. We went to Space Mtn, you wouldnt believe it unless you saw if for your self......NO LINE!!!! We went all the way to the loading area, we went to the left....had about 10 people in front of us.....Two japanese girls right in front of us.....couldnt speak a lick of english....They were told to stand on dots 3 & 4, well they both stood on 3's, so when the car pulled up only 1 got on....she rode with us...the other girl thought she had to wait for the next car......I told the other girl to get in.....she just waived to her friend and off we went......I just shook my head ........they didnt even get to ride together......

We stayed in Tomorrowland and rode one of my all time relax rides....TTA
TOMORROWLAND TRANSIT AUTHORITY!!- We went in to Toontown and rode the train all the way around the park.....(you have to ride the train!!)
After all that it was about 1:30pm so we headed to Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe!! We always say we are going to get something different (salads, chicken, etc.) but we dont. Double Cheesebugers w/fries....just a good old fashioned heart stopper!!!!! Then you have to go to the fixins bar and add a bit of everything........cheese sauce for your fries of course.......I mean who eats fries plain when you have a perfectly good tub of chemical cheese sauce????

After the heart stopper meal we had to walk around for awhile....we hit main St. and walked through all the stores.....starting at Casey's corner and all the way through the stores......Do you ever do that?? Go through all the stores connected without going out on to Main St.??? Its cool!!!!

We went in to the barber shop, line was long for haircuts.....sorry ladies......couldnt wait for the Mickey shaving in to the back of my melon!!!!
I was hoping I could just get the spray painted one, but they made you wait in the same line for haircuts......Then in to the fire station, across to City hall then back down the other side of Main St......just a good break....good air conditioning too!!!!! I always stop in the jewelry store and look at Micky watches....never get one.....the ones I always like are about $175-200.....just cant do it.......DW always tells me to get one....I just cant!!!

At the end of the side of Main St. we were on has the ice cream shop...so we had to use a snack credit and get a double scoop!!!! I mean come on who can eat a double cheeseburger w/cheese fries and carrrot cake (forgot to mention that one!!) and not finish the day off with ice cream.....I mean come on........we had a late dinner ressie anyway!!!!!

We then went back to Tomorrowland and did the Laugh Floor....that is so funny......just a great show IMO......We walked in to Fantasyland and guess what.....we found all the people......it must have been kid day....cuz it was swamped there......we didnt ride anything........I have to say I have never gone to MK and not rode Its a small world.....never.......We just walked around and ended up in Liberty Square.....we hit some shops and the parade came through so we watched that.......hit some more shops and headed out of the park by 5:30pm.....and you know what..... we were pooped!!!! We had a great day at MK, not one problem, short lines, fun.....we didnt hit everything I wanted to, but it was a great day!!!!!

This is the famous talking robotic garbage can in Tomorrowland, it was chasing these boys around!!!! Nobody can seem to figure out how they do it.....

OK here is the guy controlling it!!!! He has his hand in his duffle bag with the remote control.......then you can barely see the wire running along his left arm, by his watch.....the wire goes to the end of his finger where he has a little microphone he talks in to......The garbage can has some sort of a voice enhancer to make his voice sound really weird.....He is always about 25 feet from it. pretty slick huh????

We actually saw PUSH and the guy doing it. He was being really obvious and I didn't even have to point him out to the kids. I was kinda disappointed because it took the magic right of it. But the kids still got a kick out of him... so that's all that matters.

Ohana need I say more??? It was my favorite meal of the trip....yes, better than LeCellier (we will cover that later)....I even tried several times to get a second ressie while on property......couldnt get in.......

We had a fabulous meal.......8:30pm ressie.....way later than we normally eat....but it was perfect......we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, we each had a (1, ONE, UNO) cocktail- $22.00 with tip!!!!!

They put us at a table for 2 right along the walkway that goes around the restaurant.....in fact we have had the same table before.......it is fine with me, but when they start the coconut races......DW gets a little upset....coconuts start hitting us and going under our table......I kick them for the kids......keep them moving!!!! It's all good!!!! BTW, fireworks over MK started at 9:00pm, so we had a pretty good view of that also!!

We had a great waitress named Whitney, she spent a lot of time at our table talking to us.......She asked me "You have been waiting all day for this meal havent you?" I must have had the bring on the meat look in my eyes!!!
We told her we were from Michigan, her hubby was from MI. They are thinking about moving here, I told her stay in FLA!!

You start out with the bread, then they bring the family style dishes......
heck, the chicken wings are awesome.......kind of a ginger BBQ sauce....
LoMein noodles, pea pods, salad with a lime dressing, mmmm gooood....

After all that grazing they bring on the meat...pork loin, steak, smoked turkey, Shrimp...........all on 3 foot skewers....

Then after the meat.....just when you are starting to get uncomfortable..thinking about loosening your belt, trying to silent burp!!!!
Whitney brought us the bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream.....I couldnt tell her I was stuffed, I already had ice cream earlier today.....I mean my mother taught me manners.......I had to try and eat some......Then she poured the caramel sauce over it.......she said "Enjoy"!! OH Baby!!

Now at this point I was starting to fall in love with Whitney!!!!!! I couldnt help it!!!! I mean come on, chicken wings, meat on skewers, bread pudding with ice cream.....come on what guy wouldnt fall for that??? I snapped out of it though and took my sweetie home !!!!! We had an awesome meal!!!!
