Unable to link tickets to MDE?

I purchased 6, 6 day hopper passes for a family trip in 2017 last night and wanted to add them to MDE now just so they are on my account. However, when I linked them, this message came up during the part where you assign them to members of our traveling group.

You may only convert 5 tickets per Family & Friends member. Once a ticket is used, you may link another. For assistance, call (407) 939-4357 or visit any Walt Disney World ticketing Resort location. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.


Not sure if they means they need split up onto another MDE account or what. Anyone get this message and know how to get around it?

Do you have each family member listed? And, did you attempt to link one 6-day ticket to each listed family member?

If the system is not allowing you to link to individual family members then it's a glitch and you need to call IT.
 
Try it again at another time.

Yes I tried to link one ticket to each person of the group. Maybe its just a glitch, its just aggravating. I'll try again later and see if it works then.
 

Well just went back to my account and all the tickets are on there, all assigned to me. Just reassigned them and now they are good. System glitch I guess.

It's almost a Disney World RIDE. ;)
 
I had some problems with MDA too. I called the number and talked to internet help services. They wrote notes and had me email guest services. They got back to me quickly and fixed everything before we headed to the parks.
