Hi, don't know if anyone could advise me. We booked 3 weeks ago with TCD and I have been trying to log on to Virgin Atlantic to try and sort out our seating on the flight. We fly 5th till the 19th November and when I log on with my booking reference number it says it hasn't been found and to check the number and details again. I realize that Virgin has put some kind of block on seat allocations but I would have thought I would be able to at least get onto the site.
Any advice please.
