Unable to Check-in using updated MDE app

i tried to review our on-line check-in on the app but cannot. My SIL tried to check-in online but the option is not there for her either.

Could it be because we are in Canada? Has anyone outside the US been able to use the new check-in option in MDE?

You need to update your MDE app. Only the newest version released has online check-in.

We've both updated our apps and we are both arriving within the next 60 days. I have already completed my online check-in on my desktop computer butmy SIL has not.
 
I'm thinking we will not be able to do it because we don't get our magic bands mailed to us which means we have to go to check in anyways. We can't go directly to our rooms. Not sure if that's correct however when I first heard about the new check-in method that's the first thing that came to mind.
Just a thought.

I just found it on my APP on iPad. Click Guest Services and scroll down. It seems to be pretty hidden! You'd think they'd have it more prominent.
I seem to have omitted some steps :guilty: first click on your Avatar, then click on resort reservations, then guest service. Scroll down list. I can see a Bell icon looks like a front desk Bell. It says online check in. Since my check in date hasn't come yet, that's all I can see.

You can't check in on the app because you have completed it on line

I actually had to remove the app from my iPhone and reinstall it before I could see the online check in option, for whatever reason. The app updated correctly but something didn't "take". Maybe have SIL try that?

Anyway, after I did that, I still can't check in on the app because I checked in online. The app informs me "Check-in Info Received"
 
Thanks @Sue M. I can see that too but am unable to make any entries or changes. I can see the bell but my only options are 'Find on map' or 'Get directions'. No other information or options are there.

I will recommend that to my SIL @AngiTN. Like you, on my iPad I can see 'Check-in Info Received.' I uninstalled the app on my phone and can now see the same info there. Thanks for the tip!
