ummm-what's up with this rate change???

My friend has rented a car from alamo for one week...picking up/dropping off at the car care centre.
She has her printed off confirmation with the price and details.
Well on thursday she went to look at her ressie on line and it is showing a totally different-and of course more expensive price for her ressie.
She has not touched the ressie since she made it-no changes or anything.
How can this be??
Is she going to be having problems at the counter when she goes to pick up? She fully intends on getting the price they gave her intially and has the confirmation to back it up-are they going to honor this??

this happened to almost everyone that made a reservation before they installed a new computer system. Have her call alamo and explain the situation and have her tell them what she has for a confirmation. They will adjust it there and you then will not have a problem at the counter. My friend's doubled after the computer installation and we had no problem fixing it.
