UK problem booking online

I have tried numerous times to book 7 night magic cruise for next Oct on Disney Website. Every time I get to the payment page I click to make payment it returns with error oops enter your State. The State box has to be left blank for UK addresses. Booked 4 night wonder cruise for this Oct with no problems. sent messages to Disney 3 times with no response.
Anyone had same problem outside US?
Am I doing something wrong?
