UK personalised postage stamps

I've seen the US gals get personalised stamps from Zazzle, which is when I decided I must hunt down some here!

The only one's I've found so far are directly through Royal Mail which at 75p per stamp ends up being a bit steep by the time we buy enough for our at home reception invites too.

Has anyone found any other companies that do this any cheaper, or is this the only options and if I want them, I have to pay the price??

They only do 1st class normal sized stamps as well, so if it goes into 'large letter' status, I'd have to accompany them with other stamps to make up the difference.
Think I'll have to take a mock up to the post office with me for weighing....

Why don't you just find a nice pic you want to use, print it onto 'sticker paper' and stick it beside a normal postage stamp. It seems very similar to the royal mail version

I was thinking of personalised stamps but thought this way wouldn't look much different and wouls be waaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper.
