UK Military

Hi guys

Have a friend in the UK whose husband is in the UK Army. He is just about to return from a 6 moth tour in Iraq.

Does anyone know if, when they visit Florida, if any of the parks give UK military free entry, like they do for the US guys?

Sorry to say that they are not giving free tickets to US servicemen right now. My husband received free admission two years ago under a special program, but the best he can get now is a ticket that is essentially reduced by the tax amount which is between 6.5 and 7 percent of the face value, I believe. He can also purchase the discounted tickets for us as well. You might contact Disney directly and see if he too can get the discount. If so, he will need to have a current military identification card to present at the gate.

My husband is in the UK services. We emailed SeaWolrd just a few weeks ago - they (and Busch Gardens) are currently offering free entry to ALL coalition forces. Check out the SeaWorld site for further details.
