Ok I have just had a thought, dont know how well you can coordinate your timings into Cardiff but I dont mind doing a couple of runs from the Station to your hotel to get you there, mind you once the car is parked up for the day its parked up. So if you can all make it within an hour or so of each other, I can take 4 at a time to the hotel. It will save you hanging about for taxi's.
I will then go home and park my car, and join you in the hotel.
Anyway if you are arriving mid afternoon let me know

Aww thanks Sue, that's so kind of you No probs Joh, Im sure we will speak before the day, but just let me know what time you are all arriving and I will see what I can do. There are a couple of train stations in Cardiff, but the one you want is Cardiff Central, it is the main train line from London, the North and The South, the others are mainly more local, so you will all arrive at Cardiff Central

Im going to get on to the dining venues this weekend as well, I will see how soon I can book it and how much deposit they will need from us all. I will let you all know what I find out
