I had entered a payment amount of $125.00 towards my vacation (on the website!) but I entered my CVR wrong. So it reset it back to pay the full amount due! (1005.38!) I have the money in checking (paid via debit card)but I can't just swipe out $1000 out of it (DH might be getting laid off in 2 weeks!!!!!) I had til July 24th to pay it off. I am so upset right now! Since I am paying on two trips I was trying to pay equally on both. Now, since Disney is closed, do I have to wait until the am to call them and ask what they can do to fix it? I know this has happened to others... do they credit the $ back and if so, how long does it take? Since its a Saturday (like my last payment, it didnt get processed until last Wednesday before). So I know they have to wait for it to show up and then they can refund?

When free dining first came out I made the mistake of trying to book online while the computers were down. I figured since it was letting me that it was working. The first reservation was fine but the next one never gave a confirmation #. So long story short I ended up with 4 reservations. I also was using my debit card. Disney was able to refund them the same day when I called. The charge and credit ended up posting the same day in my checking so it was a wash. I would call and speak with a rep. Good luck!!

And hello neighbor!

I had problems as well when I tried making payments on line through the WDW website for my last vacation. For a company that has such wonderful ideas and has "imagineers" creating unique ride experiences, the Disney website leaves something to be desired.:sad2:

Just call them directly and they should be able to get it all straightened out. They were able to get my problem taken care of pretty quickly.

I called first thing this am and she asked how much I wanted credited back to the account, I said $875 (just for an even amount)... so the payment will be $130.58 I think. Thats fine. Normally I would just be thankfull it was paid off, but hubby says his work might be ending in a couple of weeks (he is a contractor with our local hospital) so an extra almost $900 might be needed in a few weeks!
