NYE in Epcot. Nothing is available or was available this Monday when our reservation window opened.

Right. It sold out last week.

Not for my dates (12/28-1/3). Brown Derby just dropped for the last week of Dec. so hopefully they release the packages soon.

How can you tell if the restaurant is booked versus not released? And if it’s not released, how do you know once they are? Just literally checking every day?
