I have worn my Uggs in the rain before... but it looks like it is going to rain pretty hard while I am at Disneyland and I have never subjected them to huge amounts of water. Anyone know how they perform? I haven't worn tennis shoes in years and I don't want to start now.

They're not waterproof, so I wouldn't wear them in a downpour. A light sprinkle, maybe.

I love my Uggs! The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn to DL. Maybe that's why I only go to DL in the cold months, so I can wear my Uggs! :)

They are not waterproof and water will seep in if you get them too wet.

I have 2 pairs, real ones...not FUGGS (fake uggs). Against my better judgement I wore/wear mine in the rain as well as snow. Yes my feet get wet and my chestnut colored pair actually have water stains on them now.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting some sort of suede/leather protectant. Those boots arent cheap...but ooooh so comfy. :goodvibes

I agree with using a suede protectant. I used one (I bought it at Payless Shoe Source) on the Uggs I bought three years ago and they never got stained from the rain.

bad bad bad bad BAD.

uggs + lots of water = bad. I wore my sisters one day, not knowing how wet it was outside, and then I ended up having to walk around in wet grass. oh, it was tragic.

If you love them, don't do it!

I agree with the other folks that said "NO!!!!"

I wore mine at DL on the Monday before Christmas - the day with the complete deluge of rain. Big mistake. Cold Wet Miserable. The entire boot was soaked all the way to the top. I had to put them in the dryer at the hotel in order to have a chance of making them wearable the next day.

Don't do it....

Against all the good advice given... I wore the Uggs. I thought water had never seeped in before, so I would chance it...and I thought for sure the weather forecasters were making a bigger deal of the storm then it would be (like they usually do), but it poured at times and they soaked through on the toes. It was very uncomfortable squishing around, but even though my toes were wet they were still warm. The good thing is that my Uggs do not have any water stains (I have black) and they are already dried. I stuffed them with rags last night so that they would keep their shape and not get strange water wrinkles.
