UG Custom Touring Plans

Edit: Actually, must have posted too soon. Heard back from a Mr. Len Testa today who is affiliated with the Touring Plan company and he is being VERY accomidating with my complicated touring plan. BTW, so there is no confusion he is doing the work on good faith since I haven't sent in a payment yet.

I'm excited to give one of these custom plans a shot!

Has anyone ever used the custom touring plans from the UG?

Several months ago I emailed an initial inquiry and heard back right away, and it was suggested I wait until April (leaving May 2 on my Honeymoon!).

However, on Monday this week I emailed them all my info and haven't heard anything, one way or the other? I'm not even sure they received it.

Does anyone know how long these plans usually take?
How do they get paid?

Any other suggestions?
