UCA/UDA National moms...please help!

We decided last minute to surprise our daughter at fly down to watch her at UCA/UDA College Nationals Jan 16-21. Of course we missed the deadline for room package deals, but can still puchase the ticket only package. Has anyone else attended that could answer questions before I purchase? It says we have to pick up the tickets at the All Star Resort complex, but not until the 16th. Does that mean we cannot tie these tickets to our magic bands ahead of time for fast passes? It also says that these tickets are good for admission to the ESPN Sports complex but that transportation is not available. Don't Disney buses go there? Has anyone attended the Private Celebration Party at Magic Kingdom? Those tickets are a seperate price, but according to Disney site it appears Magic Kingdom is already open that night? Can you tell me about this party? There is a meal voucher offered for sale as well for $17.00 that says it's good at select theme park dining locations. I am assuming this is just a counter service meal right? That didn't sounds like that good of a deal. This dance mom newbie appreciates any information or tips. THANKS!!!

I can't help with your specific event, but I do know that WDW transportation to ESPN WWoS is limited at best. Last I knew, the WDW buses only run from (I think) CBR and POP, only on event days and for a very limited time before and after the event. If you will have a car, that's your best option for transportation. Otherwise, be sure to plan plenty of time in your schedule to get places.

We stayed at All Star Movies last April for the cheerleading Worlds competition. There was bussing between the All Stars and ESPN, but sometimes the buses would fill up at All Star Sports and not stop at the other two hotels on the way to ESPN. Luckily a few families drove to Florida so they had vehicles they could drive to ESPN when that happened. If not, some of our team would not have made it to the opening ceremonies.
