Yes I think she said Sun 25th was good for her too I forget, no I'm not brilliant just trying to meet my favorite people hopefully all at same time all in same place

I really have to put a calendar on my desk as this back and forth between threads is making me dizzy and I can't remember who said what & when
Glad your DH liked the message
I hear you! I am feeling all in a tither trying to keep up with everyones PTR/TR's. And with my memory issues.

it is rather comical. I have started so many lists, that I can't remember what info is where. I am just going to have to consolodate at some point and keep them all in one folder & hope noone goes snooping on my computer.
Now, I have somewhat gathered my thoughts.
My last official update was when I changed the air tickets. So, now we are all flying out of the same airport on the same day with a difference of about 1 1/2 hours between the young adult children & DD#2, DH & myself.
The flight home DS#1 will fly not be flying JB and will be coming home after only a couple of days. However all the rest of us will be flying home together on the same airline the same time.
So, onward. I had emailed a limo service we had used previously, but my dates & airports were all over the place. I never heard back from him. So the other day I researched the company online. Checked their rates and went to book them. But, when I did the price was way off. So, I sent an email. Which was answered quickly. I sent it with my husbands email also to respond, so he could decide if we should book it or not. He decided, that we should! Like he said, there are 7 of us traveling, plus luggage. We are flying 1 1/2 hrs apart. Who would drive us? Keeping in mind I also have a wheelchair to transport. Then, how would that work? Someone drive them, then someone else drive us? They wouldn't even have time to drop them off, get back & get us in there if it were to be the same person. Or we all try to squeeze into one vehicle. Plus, the tolls, gas, & of course give a little something to the person that drove us.
Or, we could have someone (or a couple of someones) drop us off up the street at the park & ride, but then that would cost us something like $13 pp. Once you figure $13 x 7.... $91. It is only about an extra $30 which includes the tip, tolls and door to door service. And the best part is, it will work nicely into DD's surprise. Then, dh figured we run into the same issue coming home. So.. DH got a bonus

so, he is using that to bring us home in a limo. Which will be very nice too, because our flight home is so late at night.
I know what you are all thinking.... WOW Dee, please tell us how this works into DD#2's surprise. Alright already, I'll tell you. just remember shhhh... it's a secret.
Well, DD & DDBF actually came up with it. Here are the details.
We shall sneak the luggage & wheelchair into our front porch for storage the night before. She will never expect, because DD will be taking her out for a sister date.
Then DD#1 will wake up DD#2 extra early (ah, yeah, like 5:30am) to take her to Dunkin Donuts for a special bday breakfast. (the other option to this is to allow her to sleep in something she could travel in & wake her just in time to go.) While they are away the limo will arrive about 6am. We will get the luggage & wheelchair in. Then DD's will come home & she will see the limo. We will all be out front with a huge sign that says "Happy Birthday M!". Then we will tell her we all are going for a ride and stopping for lunch later. We will ask her where she would like to eat for lunch. (if it is like her reply today for Dad's day...she will say BoG. And we will pull up to the airport. She hopefully, will think we are kidding. Now, here comes the part where we lie again.....
We will tell her only she & I & DH are going. That the triplets & DDBF have work or other obligations, plus they just can't afford it. We expect her to be sad at this. Now, here comes the part where we lie again....
We will have to tell her DH & I are taking her to BoG & we are only staying 1 night. And that when we get home we will have her special family dinner & cake. This is a tradition we have done since the triplets were very little. We realized our parents were getting up there in years & being around a lot of young kids stressed them. So, we began to have dinners & cakes on the actual day of their birth. The Grandparents would all come. Whoever was in the state anyway. Now, you can see the significance of DD#2 not being home for this dinner this year. As of this year she has ZERO grandparents that could make it. There is a possiblity her Paternal grandmother might make it, but it is unlikely. So, by planning this trip we can avoid that reminder for her.
So, back to the airport....
The triplets & DDBF will keep DD#2 busy with goodbyes, happy birthday, see you tomorrows, while we get our luggage & the chair out of the limo. Then as soon as the 3 of us are out of sight, boom the triplets and DDBF get out of the limo, grab their luggage and go sit somewhere & have coffee until it is safe to come to the JB area. We will board our flight, rent our car & head to our hotel.
The other 4 will catch the next flight, grab ME go to the boys hotel. My only concern here is... DD#1 luggage. if we register her for ME her luggage may come to our room before DD#2 knows they are there, thereby ruining the surprise. So, I plan on calling Disney and asking how we can remedy this. I would think we could request the hotel desk hold her luggage.
Now, with the new flights we will all arrive before the room ready time. This shouldn't be a problem. I will pack our swim suits in our carry ons & we can either head to the pool, or stay in the clothes we have & head to the MK.
The older kids are planning on doing a water park, so no worries of running into them until dinner time.
Once we get to the park it is iffy exactly how we will surprise her with the triplets. They want us to be seated first, then they come in & DD#1 covers DD#2's eyes, while the boys get in her line of sight. That way she is surprised evenly for them to each see her reaction.
I lean more on the idea of them being seated first, then we come in & they say surprise, as we approach the table.
Of course all of this part is subject to the CM's allowing us to sit while some of our party is not there yet. AND more importantly they allow the extra 1 person to our party. If not.... we will have fingers crossed there are other specialty dining options for us. So, WE may be the ones surprised.
Now, about those
Undercover tourist/mousesaver tickets. I am going to call tomorrow. Which will probably mean they will show up in tomorrows mail, after I call.

There was no note in our mailbox.
DIY goodies
I have started the bookmarks, the luggage tags, and the do not disturb signs. But, have not totally completed any of them. Seems I always want to tweek it a little.
things purchased
Of course you all know I got my new luggage.
I have purchased for goodie bags as well. That includes, vinylmations, pins, Disney water bottles, a tiny stuffed animal for the youngest, 2 shirts for her, a new pair of mickey earrings for her bday present.
All but DD & DS#1 have new sneakers. I purchased ah...ah.... a couple pair of sandals. yeah, as in more than 1. BUT, one are Rockport flip flop sandals, that I saved 40% on. AND I am retiring the Rockport ones that I have, which are shown in the video of DD#2's first visit to WDW, yup, NINE years ago. So, I would say I got my moneys worth, and if these last as long, I will have no regrets. The other two are enclosed shoes. I forget what they used to be called, but are now from I <3 comfort brand. From Sears. I paid $$15. per pair (I bought white & tan.). I can not believe I have become a shoe person. We would tease my Mom unmercifully about her shoe collection. Poor Mom, she bought them at consignment & discount shops only, unless they were marked down to pennies. But, she had a purse to match each pair.

Boy did she get a razzing. I must NEVER tell my brothers of my shoe shopping of late.
I also just purchased on line (thanks to the
Walmart link Ruthie provided) the Frogg Toggs. I did check BJ's the other day & didn't see any. So, I figure...
We also bought some Gatorade G2, again per Ruthies suggestion. The older kids like it, so I will be purchasing more either the powder mixes if I can find them up here, or just pick them up at Walmart in FLA.
Well, I think it is time I log off.
Please know I am praying for all.
