noopy: i still hold to the theory that the water parks are less busy in the late afternoon(as opposed to 11am-2pm timeframe)...we were at WDW last year during the week leading up to easter and the water parks were closing for capacity by about noon most days and not even re-opening until after 2-3pm...I will admit that the late afternoon plan of attack for the water parks seems to work better during the summer when the parks are open later...during easter week, the parks have shorter hours (I believe it like 10am-6pm) and the parks didn't clear out nearly as much the last couple of hours like they do in the summer time, but, it was still much more manageable than it was around noon....when the water parks are open to 7-7:30, it really clears out between 4-5pm as people start getting ready for dinner plans and whatnot and you can really get alot done as the place starts to thin out, especially those last couple of hours...it seemed like when the park closed at 6pm, people were more willing to stick it out until closing; therefore it didn't really clear out as much as we were used to before....if you go in the morning and arrive late, it can be fairly difficult to find a choice loung spot, but, you can find one....late afternoons arrivals we've never had a problem finding a good spot(kinda depends on the size of your group)....also, I can't really recall anyone laying on a towel on the beach....I do know that the cm's will not allow you to lay at the water's edge(or at least for long); they will clear you back....also, remember, when you get close to the water, it's not really "beach" anymore; its concrete...hope i've been able to help some...
