Typhoon Lagoon hrs in Dec.

If you have been to Typhoon Lagoon in Dec., do you know what the hours are? I'm trying to plan my trip and I'm not sure how to find out. They are not posted yet. Thanks, Sue

Usually in December at least one of the Water parks will be down for re-furbishing. I think historically it has been TL, with BB following after in Jan/Feb. Chances are you won't see info on the website until about 2 months before.

This last Dec. TL was closed and BB was open from 10-5. We had a few warm days and the kids loved it One silver lining is that the crowds are low

Boo Hoo if they are shut down. We love TL. Oh well, I guess it's a good time to try something new. Blizzard Beach looks great but my kids aren't too daring so I didn't know how much there was for them to do there. However, I did just recently read a post about some good children's stuff to do so I guess we'll be all set.

My kids (2 and 5 at the time) preferred BB's kiddie areas to TL's. Plenty to do and the surf pool is smaller and tamer. I like having the choice to do both in one vacation but I'm sure you will enjoy BB. Best wishes.

surf pool, smaller and tamer? Maybe that is where we want to be after all.

I just need to learn to keep my mouth shut about all my planning until we're actually in the parks. I was getting my 8 yr. old dd all excited about snorkeling with the sharks at TL. I did that when we went there when they were too little to do it but I was telling her she could try it this year. OH Well, when will I learn? LOL
