Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach?

We are staying from Sept 30 till Oct 9th and was wondering if anyone knows if either of the parks will be closed then. Once before while there in November one of the parks was closed for the winter months.

I think TL closes for December and BB around Jan.
